The Notes to Gmail migration database is loaded as a native Notes application and can be configured in less than 5 minutes. The system supports migration of all Notes mail, calendar entries and contact information from the Notes mail database to an individual's Gmail account.

The system is centrally administered, and the migration process exceutes on the Domino server under the control of a set of Domino scheduled agents.

Users can be registered for migration one at a time, in bulk by mail folder, or automatically via the Domino directory.

The system supports incremental updates allowing user's to continue to use their mail files during the migration process and also allows cutoff dates to be specified to migrate only information that was created following the desired date.

The system is provided will full event and exception logging, including number of emails migrated by user, size of transfer, time of transfer, etc.
